What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is an artificial induced natural trance. A state of heightened attention and focus combined with a greater susceptibility for suggestions. Through relaxation and focussed attention, you be in a state between sleep and awake. Just think of it as letting your auto-pilot take over.

Increasing the connection between conscious and unconscious through the use of hypnotic trance. increasing your own capability and releasing you from restraints.

Hypnosis can be used for physical and psychological issues and to increase self-knowledge or achieving goals. If we are not limited on the inside, nothing on the outside will stop us.

Frequently asked questions

What does hypnosis feel like?

Because we're all different form, everybody experiences hypnosis in their own way.Some people describe it as total relaxation, others as a daydream or even being extremely focussed. During our first session you'll let me know how you feel the trance.

Can you get stuck in hypnosis?

No one in the history of hypnosis did ever get stuck in a trance! Even if there was no hypnotist to 'get you back' you'll just wake up as if you were sleeping. People tend to go from a state of hypnosis into a state of sleeping and just as always, you simply wake up.

Can everything be 'fixed' with hypnosis?

Issues with a mental and psychological basis are often easily helped with hypnosis. Even physical symptoms with a non-physical cause can be altered through hypnosis.

Will I go into a deep trance?

If you want to., you can go into a deep trance. To create change in the subconscious mind a lighter trance is all it takes. I prefer that you know and experience everything to the fullest.

When will I notice the effects?

Your subconscious needs its own time to deal with the changes made. With many of the sessions the difference is noticed shortly after a session. Just give your subconscious the time and it'll get there. Trust yourself and you'll get there even sooner.

How long does a session take?

A session often takes 45 to 90 minutes. As soon as we're in sync, we are good to go!

Can everyone be hypnotised?

I always love this question! Yes, since, hypnosis is a commitment between hypnotist and client everyone willing can be hypnotised. As a hypnotist I simply guide you to a state of changing your subconscious, you make it work! If you can follow my instructions, you can be hypnotised.

Can I learn to hypnotise?

Anyone can! So have a look at my training page or get in touch.

No worries, only what we've discussed will happen or will come up during the session. The only reason you're here is to change what you want to change, to talk about what you want to talk about and nothing more or less.
